Wednesday, August 24, 2011 day2 hello. gosh! my legs/ FOOT is killing me! got like 3 or 4 blister on my right foot. and as usual again, zonked out on my bed after dinner. i might get fat this rate! -asked for a LITTLE more rice for lunch today and the uncle gave me so much! i do not have the habit of leaving food behind so i finished macam 2 portion of food today. i had so much for dinner as well! hahah. -had lots of elderly patients on wheelchair (with one who keep saying i am ninety years old already! why must i take x-ray etc etc) and little kids (who looked so frightened when they came, mostly with fractured elbow or foot because their friend pushed them down. there's one who was like crying/ laughing?! like crying in pain when we tried to position his elbow. and he sort of laughed at the x-ray machine. lol?) -for those in wheelchair, apparently one of the techniques to carry them is to pull their shirt ah? -different radiographers have different style -must remember to be more 'generous' and not have cut off image! -learning more than our current sem stuff alr! haha. skyline x ray for the knee is for patella! i didn't know tt! -learnt that we can know the gender of a baby at 22weeks/5mths! lol! (: -MUST make sure that the patients hear you especially in chest x rays..there are some ah.. macam we talking to a wall like that. but most patients are really cooperative! -patients really respect you. but i feel bad whenever they keep telling me about their ailments and i can do nothing to make it better. -sleepy now!
